I had an exceptional stay at a hotel in Jiaoxi. The room was spacious with a wonderful bathtub and comfortable bed. The hotspring facilities were just as advertised. The hotel staff helped us arrange a day trip and were very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and interesting, with a fusion of local flavors. I highly recommend this hotel.

The facilities in the room were great, with a private hot spring bath and a free mini bar. the location was perfect, very close to the local train station and restaurants. We also enjoyed the public onsen facility on the second floor, which even though it was early in the morning, I had it all to myself!

The parking design and staff attitude in the outdoor parking were not good. the pressure from the staff to park fast made us scratch another car due to the bad design.

Some areas of housekeeping seemed to be lacking, as there were instances of black sand on the floor and dirty glass cups.
