Spacious, clean rooms with a wonderful bathtub. Comfortable bed and a good selection of pillows. Hotspring facilities are as advertised. Peaceful and quiet during the week. Easy access to Yilan. Helpful staff for arranging day trips. Would stay here again if in the area.

I had an exceptional stay at a hotel in Jiaoxi. The room was spacious with a wonderful bathtub and comfortable bed. The hotspring facilities were just as advertised. The hotel staff helped us arrange a day trip and were very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and interesting, with a fusion of local flavors. I highly recommend this hotel.

The facilities in the room were great, with a private hot spring bath and a free mini bar. the location was perfect, very close to the local train station and restaurants. We also enjoyed the public onsen facility on the second floor, which even though it was early in the morning, I had it all to myself!

The parking design and staff attitude in the outdoor parking were not good. the pressure from the staff to park fast made us scratch another car due to the bad design.

The bathroom was amazing, with a big hot spring bathtub that allowed me to relax and unwind. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also provided great amenities such as a gym and DIY activities for families. The breakfast served was delicious and satisfying. And let's not forget about the public hot spring, which was clean and refreshing. this place offers luxury, comfort, and top-notch services.

The hotel's location is perfect, being right by the train station and in the city center. This makes it convenient for exploring the area and trying out the famous local restaurants. The spacious room and comfortable bed provided a relaxing stay. The bathroom was great, especially with the big hot spring bathtub. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who were willing to address any issues promptly. Additionally, the breakfast offered set menus, giving a taste of local cuisine.

Some areas of housekeeping seemed to be lacking, as there were instances of black sand on the floor and dirty glass cups.
