We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the city center was perfect for us, as it made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The hotel was a great value for money. the staff were all friendly and willing to assist. the breakfast was a great addition and was simple yet satisfying. the beautiful view from my room window added an extra touch to the stay. Location was well equipped with restaurants and shops which was handy.

The gym space was not satisfactory and was not as described on the website. It was quite small and not much equipment, hence the hotel was a little expensive considering it's lack of gym facilities.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Gold Crest Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment for my stay. Despite a minor issue with the lighting in the living room, the hotel manager promptly addressed it and showed great listening skills.
