The location was convenient, being close to the airport and easy to find. the buffet breakfast was great, meeting my expectations, and the dinner at the restaurant was delicious with acceptable prices. the gym was well-equipped, allowing me to have a good workout. the room was spacious, with a cool aircon and a hot shower, providing a comfortable stay.

Despite confirming the time of departure, there was a lack of coordination and communication between the staff and the driver. We had to wait and call multiple times just to reach the driver.

I recently stayed at Hotel Blue Sapphire for a few nights during my visit to Dar es Salaam. The hotel was beautifully decorated and smelled nice. The staff were kind and quickly resolved a mistake with my dessert order. The bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers free shuttle services. I will definitely be staying at Blue Sapphire again when I'm in town.

We had a short stop-over at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and modern with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The gym was well-maintained and had good equipment. The staff arranged transportation to the airport for our early morning flight. a great choice for a stop-over.

Our recent stay at a hotel in Dar es Salaam was fantastic! The location was very convenient and made it easy for us to catch our flight without worrying about traffic. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, along with a modern bathroom that had great water pressure. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and the restaurant had a wide variety of delicious meals. The hotel also had a nice gym and offered a free airport shuttle.

The early morning construction noise was a bit disruptive to our sleep.

We had an incredible stay at this venue. The location is very convenient as it is close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle service. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. They provide an exceptional level of service from room service to housekeeping, and even grocery shopping service. The facilities here are excellent, including a sauna and a spa centre which offers massages, steam rooms, and a spa lounge. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need, such as a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a tea and coffee maker.

Highly recommended, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Good to stay near the airport, this place offers a convenient location just a short drive away. The pick-up facilities are excellent, with a legendary airport transfer service that managed to handle our 11 large suitcases effortlessly. The room was spacious with a super shower, and the chef even cooked us a delicious local curry at 2:00 AM. The staff here is incredibly helpful and always happy to assist with any requests. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Blue Sapphire, the best hotel during our two-week tour of Kenya and Tanzania! The restaurant offers excellent food with plenty of choices for both vegans and vegetarians. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing packed breakfasts and arranging a complimentary taxi for our early morning flight. The WiFi was strong with personal hotspots in each room. a lovely time and will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Great location and efficient shuttle service from the airport. Friendly staff and scrumptious dinner. Restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

They failed to pick us up as arranged, leaving us stranded at the airport for 1 and a half hours. Upon arrival, there was no apology and we were given a noisy double room instead of the confirmed twin.

Fantastic stay, excellent food options, friendly staff, convenient airport pick-up, great WiFi and room amenities.

No negative aspects.
