We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always had a smile on their faces. The pool area was lovely with a nice view of the harbor.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement in terms of organization. It took a bit too long to get coffee and pancakes, but overall, it was still a good experience.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location just a short walk from the ferry terminal. The hotel also offers easy access to the airport. The 5-star facilities and included breakfast were top-notch. The staff were generally helpful and friendly.

The only downside was that the reception staff who checked us in did not seem very welcoming. They lacked a personal touch, especially considering it was our honeymoon.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our experience. the pool was not clean during our stay, which meant we couldn't swim.

Incredible amenities, fantastic gym and infinity pool, beautiful rooftop bar with harbor views, comfortable and beautiful rooms, fast and free wifi, courteous and helpful staff.
