The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the airport. We found it convenient as we didn't have to travel long distances. Compared to other areas on the island where we stayed, this location was a time-saver. The rooms were spacious and the furniture was new, providing us with a comfortable stay. The staff was helpful, especially Sarah, who went above and beyond to meet our needs. The view from the hotel and its surroundings were breathtaking.

I had an incredible stay at Madinat Al Bahr Business & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to my every need. the hotel itself is stunning, with a unique design and luxurious rooms. the spa and well-equipped gym were a wonderful addition to my stay. the location is perfect, just minutes away from the airport, and the view from the hotel and surrounding area is absolutely breathtaking. the restaurant served delicious food and the manager, Aly, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Madinat Al Bahr Business & Spa for an amazing and relaxing getaway.

We stayed in a spacious apartment with breathtaking sea views at this hotel. the furniture was new and the staff, especially Hassan, was very helpful. the exclusive amenities fulfilled our luxurious needs. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, the sauna, and the Jacuzzi. We also took advantage of the private facilities, enjoying our own beach umbrella and sun lounger. the spa lounge and beauty treatments added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. We loved the location advantage of beach access, which meant we could stroll along the serene beachfront anytime we wanted.

The quality of the food in the main restaurant could have been better, although this was only a minor issue. Despite this, there were options for specialized diets, such as the special diet menus and the packed lunches.

We were given free airport transfers and the staff were friendly. the breakfast provided was also satisfying, with a variety of food to choose from.

The hotel did not meet our expectations. the service was very poor, with slow responses to our requests and the room lacked basic amenities.

The breakfast buffet at Madinat Al Bahr Business & Spa was absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed the wide variety of delicious options available. Additionally, the NYE dinner was great and the live music created a wonderful ambiance.

There was some confusion regarding our payment during check-out. However, the front desk staff were helpful in resolving the issue.

Warm welcome by staff, unique design, spacious rooms, impressive and luxurious. Spa and well-equipped gym available. Manager and staff always reassuring and friendly. Excellent location near airport. Spacious pool and beach access. Delicious food. Professional management. Will strongly recommend.
