The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful scenery and a picturesque setting. The grounds were well-maintained and had lovely flowers, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. the hotel had a fantastic children's play park, which was a great advantage for families with kids.

The service in the restaurant was incredibly slow, which made dining a frustrating experience. the pillows in the rooms were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Great views, attractive spa, good prices, great location, lovely restaurant staff, exceptional views and ambiance.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing a delayed check-in and complimentary dinner and drinks. The security is top-notch, making it a safe and ideal place for a vacation. The swimming pool, spacious rooms with balconies, and excellent room service add to the overall great experience. There is also a free pool table for customers to enjoy.

Some staff seemed to be uninterested in their roles, not as welcoming as the others. , some of the dining areas blocked the view of the lake, which was a bit frustrating.
