The stunning view from the room was absolutely breathtaking! The private onsen experience was very beautiful at night featuring Mount Fuji. Staff were so kind! !

The bathroom felt reminiscent of a public onsen, being divided and somewhat cramped. The dinner was overly simplistic with options reduced to just shabu shabu.

i had an amazing stay at Oike! the japanese-style room had a fantastic view of mt. fuji, and the indoor and outdoor onsens were so relaxing. the staff really stood out by helping with transportation and restaurant recommendations. plus, the boutique had some great gift ideas.

i recommend.

Boy, them onsens were the real deal! Soakin’ in that outdoor one, watchin’ Mount Fuji peekin’ over the trees was somethin’ else. Had a big ol’ room too, real spacious. Just wish the coffee wasn’t such a rip-off down in the lobby. Them tiny walkin’ paths out to the station were a tad long when carryin’ bags, though.

Comfortable room, stunning view, with an outdoor onsen experience that offers relaxation, and convenient shuttle service to the station made our stay truly enjoyable.

i was utterly shocked by the lack of decent service, having to deal with outdated room equipment was just cruel. don’t even get me started on the obnoxious check-in time—how dare they act annoyed when i showed up early? a complimentary coffee was the least they could do for this kind of inconvenience, but that was too much to ask, apparently.

Had a fantastic view of Mt. Fuji from the room, but the furnishings felt a bit tired, eh? The outdoor onsen was the best part for relaxation! Chur!

the onsen had beautiful views of mount fuji, perfect for relaxation. the room was a bit small for my liking.

We stayed in a suite on 5F with a jacuzzi, and it was massive! The bathroom jacuzzi was def the best part. Plus, the views of Mt. Fuji from our room were stunning. Dining at the restaurant was nice too, food was solid. Just a heads up, the beds were okay but not super comfy. Still a solid spot!

Loved the inviting lounge with modern lighting and comfy sofas! The open-air public bath was a real treat, and we enjoyed browsing the books. Our room’s view of Mt. Fuji was simply stunning.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free wi-fi, air conditioning, and relaxing onsen. The staff helped me exchange money during my first stay, which I appreciated. I highly recommend trying the Japanese breakfast. I'll be back for my business trip!

My kids wished there were more seating in the room.

So, got this room with a view of the mountain and it was breathtaking, especially in the morning light. They had free drinks and cookies at the reception, which hit the spot after a long day of running around.

It was a bit pricey for my taste but not too bad for what you get.
