All staff were so incredibly friendly and kind. Meals provided were undoubtedly satisfying. Wifi, hot water, and everything else worked fine. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Magnificent views. Cocktails were amazing. The staff surprised us with a romantic dinner in our room and it was totally splendid. The game drive was amazing, we managed to see part of the wildebeest migration. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing excellent service and assistance throughout. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, satisfying all our cravings.

We got incredible value for our money at this 5-star luxury hotel. The room was amazing, with a super comfy bed, a choice of pillows, and all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Serengeti, and the staff treated us like royalty.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Seronera airstrip, making it convenient for travel purposes. One of the best aspects was the luxurious rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we had a balcony with a stunning sunset view.

We had been led to believe that it was much closer and easily accessible, but it turned out to be a long and challenging journey. This miscommunication was frustrating and resulted in wasted time and resources.

Best View and Delicious Food: The view at the hotel was absolutely outstanding. You get to admire the vast plains and incredible sunset from the balcony of every room. The food at the hotel was extremely delicious and satisfying, with different dining experiences offered at different spots.

Missing TV in Rooms: One downside was that there was no TV in the rooms. It would have been nice to have the option to relax and watch some entertainment in the evenings.

Our lagoon room in our first two nights was incredibly clean and the bed was comfy. When switched to the suite room in our third night, it totally came with magnificent view. Everything were built, put, and designed with such meticulous details, the savannah view from the room was absolutely gorgeous. Cocktails were amazing. The staff surprised us with a romantic dinner in our room and it was totally splendid. To conclude, Melia has provided us the best experience of our lifetime! The game drive was amazing, we luckily managed to see part of the wildebeest migration. Thank you especially to David and Cesar for all of the assistance during our stay there, thank you for the surprises, and also for the balloon safari experience which was definitely making our experience there better, the airport transfer etc, and thanks to David who helped us to be in contact with Melia Zanzibar to continue our itinerary over there. Definitely will recommend Melia to our families and colleagues, and we will definitely come back there once we go to Serengeti again!
