The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the hot water was great. The location was convenient for walking to top-rated restaurants and the city center. Good for relaxing before a safari.

The hotel's location in the midst of 'nowhere' was amazing - a beautiful green area, which we preferred over a dusty city center. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our room was spacious and very clean. The attention to detail was evident with the thoughtful touch of petals on the bed in the shape of a heart. The breakfast served up each morning was plentiful and delicious, with fresh flowers from the beautiful garden in a vase on my table.

The hotel's beautiful garden and swimming pool provided the perfect tranquil setting for relaxation. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a big and comfortable bed adorned with petals in the shape of a heart. The staff were attentive and always had a smile on their faces. I also appreciated the essential amenities and the delicious breakfast served each morning. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.

This hotel is on the edge of some new development, making it a convenient location between the airports. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully furnished, with beds that are said to be very comfortable. Guests have enjoyed the outdoor family barbecue and the fresh, tasty food served at the restaurant. The staff is attentive and friendly, offering excellent service throughout the stay.

There were some maintenance issues in the rooms, including plumbing problems and doors that stuck.

The hotel is located slightly outside of town, which may make it a bit challenging to get around without a taxi, but it also means that it is away from the noise and crowds of the city center. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any issues or questions. I especially want to mention David at the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He not only provided excellent guidance and organized safaris but also ensured our safety during our adventures. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bed that was really cozy. We also enjoyed the meals at the restaurant, which were reasonably priced and tasty. The hotel also offered transportation services to and from the airport, which was very convenient. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would definitely choose it again if I return to Arusha.

We were blown away by the incredible service at Mvuli Hotels. The owner, Awadia, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She personally took us shopping for safari supplies and even arranged a driver to show us around town. The rooms were comfortable and the food was delicious. we highly recommend this hotel for an amazing experience.

The location, although slightly outside of the main area, offers a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any request. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a big bed and all the essential amenities provided. I also loved the thoughtful touch of petals on the bed, adding a romantic feel to the stay. The breakfast offered a wide range of fresh and delicious Tanzanian produce.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfy. The shower had warm water. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was big and nice for swimming. The airport pick up service was great and reasonably priced. There was good hot water supply and a solid back up generator for power outs. The hotel was conveniently located for safaris and Mount Kilimanjaro.
