They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even providing hot ginger tea when we were feeling under the weather. the owner was very helpful and organized various trips for us, ensuring we had a memorable experience. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and provided a true taste of the local cuisine.

While the rooms were decent considering the price, they did appear a bit worn and different from the pictures online. the Wi-Fi was extremely poor, only functional for watching videos on YouTube.

The room was incredible with thoughtful decorations and a super comfortable bed. The staff was attentive and helped me with everything, from food recommendations to arranging transport. I had the most incredible stay at Savannah House, a hidden oasis just a short distance from the center. The beautiful decorations and cozy garden made me feel right at home. The staff, especially Bena and Rosie, were so friendly and welcoming, making sure my child had a great time in the garden. The room was artistically decorated with animal paintings and comfortable wooden beds. I also loved the delicious breakfast, with fruit, veggies, pancakes, and toasts. The only downside was that the breakfast was quite abundant, but that's just a personal preference. I highly recommend this warm and calm place for anyone looking for a delightful stay in Arusha. Thank you, Anthony, for everything. I hope to come back to Savannah House again.

I had a brilliant time at this hotel! The staff were great, the breakfast was big and tasty, the pillows were comfy, the rooms were clean, and it was good value for money. Antonio even provided a packed breakfast and takeaway drinks when we had an early bus. The location was easily accessible by taxi or bus, and there was even a laundry service available. Highly recommended!
