I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated with traditional Colonial decor, creating a cozy and charming atmosphere. The inclusion of a Turkish bath in our package was a lovely addition, allowing us to truly relax and unwind. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even helping us with a transportation issue.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.

The hotel facilities were quite diverse with many options to occupy one's time, including massage therapy and a mini-spa. the location was perfect for anyone wishing to experience the bustling city vibe while being on the outskirts of the city, making it a peaceful place. the fast laundry service was a bonus for anyone who's a clean freak and doesn't want to wear their dirty clothes in public and getting them exchanged for relatively cheap was a fantastic experience.

There was poor isolation in the rooms, and it was quite noisy due to other guests. This hotel may not be suited for those who are looking to unwind from a hectic city life, and the mattress and pillows weren't very comfortable, leading to restless nights.

The highlight of my experience was the exceptional service. When I encountered a problem with my bus tickets, the hosts went above and beyond to resolve it for me. Their attentiveness and willingness to help truly made my stay special. The breakfasts were also delicious with a variety of traditional dishes. I highly recommend this hotel for its cozy atmosphere and outstanding service.
