The hotel is located on a beautiful stretch of coastline, offering a stunning view of the ocean after lunch. The villa we stayed in had a garden view, blending seamlessly with the surrounding jungle. The room was clean and well-maintained, with flowers decorating the bed. The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast had a varied menu, and the spa facilities were top-notch, especially the couples massage. The main pool had amazing sea views, adding to the overall experience.

The service levels fell short of expectations at times, with instances of miscommunication and missed opportunities for special occasions.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Complimentary Wi-Fi and shuttle service were a pleasant surprise. the location was perfect for my business trip, with easy access to key areas and attractions. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of food and the coffee was excellent.

Some of the rooms could use a bit of maintenance as there were a few small issues, but nothing major. the air conditioning was a bit noisy and the pillows were not as comfortable as I would have liked.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful resort in the middle of nature. We loved watching the wild monkeys and admiring the stunning rock formations. the staff, including Wilfried, Adam, Frank, Farida. Our room, a garden villa, was both authentic and practical, with a private pool and a four-poster bed with mosquito nets. the resort is very family-friendly, and they even had our son's cot set up in the room before our arrival. We were also delighted by the complimentary bottle of prosecco and fresh fruit in our room. We will definitely be returning soon!

the well-designed rooms offered plenty of privacy, and the beautiful grounds added to the overall appeal. We were particularly impressed with the different dining experiences each night, featuring a variety of delicious food and entertaining shows. the hotel staff went above and beyond, always friendly, polite, and ready to assist with any request. the addition of a fence around our private pool enhanced our privacy even more. the spa service, led by Caroline, was top-notch, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the well-equipped gym. the comfortable bed mattresses and the option of having breakfast in our villa were also highlights. Lastly, the complimentary bicycles provided in each room were a nice touch, allowing us to explore the area easily.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat, offering exclusive amenities that cater to all your needs. From the beautiful Spa lounge, treatments, and lush garden areas to the amazing poolside snack bar and live entertainment, everything was impeccable.

The only minor issue we encountered was regarding the restaurant. the dinner could use some improvement by offering more special diet menus.

I had the most incredible experience staying at a beachfront villa at The Residence in Kizimkazi. The villa had a stunning view of the ocean and I was able to enjoy breathtaking sunsets every evening. The private pool on the patio was a dream come true, although I did have some funny encounters with monkeys who liked to visit poolside!
