The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. I also enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff who gave great recommendations. the coffee served at the hotel was excellent.

The layout of the bathrooms and rooms, which I found a bit odd. Another minor issue was the low shower pressure.

The helpful manager, Sefira, suggested a spice tour with a luncheon, which turned out to be an incredible experience. In a thatch roof treehouse overlooking the lush hills, a local family prepared an 8-dish spread, allowing us to connect with their culture and feel like family. The location was perfect, providing easy access to the spice market, clothing shops, and numerous restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and memorable stay.

One of my favorite parts was the lovely rooftop, where breakfast was served every morning. The views of the city were breathtaking, and the coffee and baked goods were simply amazing. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings, and I loved the fact that they had fans, strong AC, and a safe for my valuables. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my room was exceptionally clean and that the AC worked brilliantly. The location was perfect, with most places of interest just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly special experience.
