We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful beach right at our doorstep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring that we had everything we needed. The service was top-notch, with housekeeping taking care of our room and laundry, and the hotel even offered airport shuttle services. We loved the little touches, like the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance they provided. The hotel also had great facilities, including a spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, and beach access. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, accommodating special requests and ensuring a pleasant stay. The continental breakfast is nice, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel facilities, such as the bar and restaurant, are well-equipped and offer delicious food and refreshing drinks.

The dessert options could be improved, as they are small in portion size, especially when traveling with children.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a pleasant experience. the location was perfect, right by the ocean, with a big and nice territory to walk through. the breakfast was tasty and the temporary issuance of shoes for the ocean was a thoughtful touch. the pool on site was deep, which was a plus for some guests.

The hotel had some negative aspects that made the stay less enjoyable. Some rooms didn't have AC, making it hard to sleep in hot temperatures.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was great, situated on one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The hotel was very spacious and clean, with lots of shaded areas to relax on loungers. We loved that it was very near to a stunning island that we definitely recommend visiting. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The only downside we experienced was that the staff seemed to be overly concerned with asking us how we were doing all the time, which became a bit annoying when we just wanted to enjoy our meal in peace. However, this didn't overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.
