My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the beach and with convenient access to the baht bus. The hotel itself exuded elegance and was impeccably clean. The staff at the reception were top-notch, particularly Leah, who was incredibly helpful. I also have to mention the guard at the lift, whose impressive salutes added a touch of charm to my experience. the hotel's location, staff, and cleanliness made for a perfect stay.

The hotel's location right on the beach road is fantastic. We loved being just across from the beach and the convenience of the baht bus going past every few minutes to take us to bars and places to eat. The hotel itself is classy and immaculate, with spacious and clean rooms that have balconies. The staff were fantastic, always polite and very attentive. They couldn't have been more helpful, especially to my blind wife. The pool bar staff, especially the manager Jack, were superb and always assisted us with any request. Housekeeping was also superb, ensuring our room was always well serviced.

One The Royal Cruise Hotel - Sha Extra Plus was absolutely unforgettable with its guaranteed services and facilities. The virtual tour made me feel like I was actually on a cruise ship. The dining experiences in the restaurants and bars were unforgettable. The beachfront spa was a rare gem. The elite consideration in accommodation and private terraces with sea views were amazing. And the variety of Chinese and Indian foods was a treat.

Oh, how I loved the lack of a full size mirror in the room! It really added to the excitement of not being able to dress up properly.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful my experience was. The location couldn't be better, right on beach road with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was incredible, offering great service room service and even assisting with tours and tickets. My room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed including air conditioning, mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. The highlight of my stay, however, was the swimming pool and sun terrace with direct access to the beachfront.

The hotel's location in the center of Pattaya is excellent and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was well equipped with a minibar and tea/coffee making facilities, and the balcony provided a nice ocean view. The hotel had a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The breakfast buffet was tasty with a good variety of dishes. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience during my stay. The rooms were great, and the staff made me feel very welcome upon arrival. The facilities, including a lovely swimming pool, were top-notch. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast in the morning. With its convenient location, it was easy for me to explore Bangkok using the train system.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just across from the beach and near Honey & 7-11 stores. The hotel has two swimming pools in the "concourse" and is conveniently located next to a shopping mall. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially David, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast has a good selection of food.

The hotel could improve on their English communication skills, especially during the night shift.
