I had an absolutely fantastic stay here! The room was incredibly spacious and well-designed, with modern amenities and stylish furnishings. The staff were so friendly and helpful - Ms Ooy in particular was wonderful! I loved the fact that the hotel provided everything I needed, from water and soap to laundry detergent. Having a Nespresso coffee maker in my room was a lovely touch, and I couldn't get enough of the delicious breakfast options. The swimming pool on the 8th floor was a delightful treat, and the gym had all the equipment I needed to stay in shape. This place truly felt like a home away from home.

While the hotel was a little away from the main action street, it was still easily walkable and the hotel staff couldn't do anything to alter that. Additionally, the pool was a bit small for real exercise and the design could have been better.

We particularly enjoyed the ample storage space which made it easy to store our belongings during our weekend stay.

the breakfast menu was limited and did not meet our expectations. Finally, the room we were initially given had a noisy rooftop exhaust which was a major inconvenience.
