The buffet dinner with the fish feeding show was a real treat. The shopping plaza had everything I needed, including an ice arena. The ballroom was fit for royalty. And who doesn't love a cocktail by the starlit pool?

The entertainment street with cheap drinks was just too tempting. Too bad it's so far from my hotel room.

The room is good value for money. Nearby mall and massage parlour are convenient. Rooftop pool has a jacuzzi and bar. Lighting can be controlled from bed.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station, making it easy to travel into the city center. It is also near the subway and not far from Don Muang airport. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished with modern amenities, such as touch-screen controls for lights and curtains. The bathrooms are very clean and come with deep soaking bathtubs. The hotel provides excellent housekeeping service, ensuring that the rooms are kept tidy at all times. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of high-quality food, and the rooftop bar and pool provide stunning city views.

The reception staff seemed uninformed about popular tourist spots, which can be inconvenient for guests seeking advice and recommendations.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The lobby and room were beautifully decorated, creating a feeling of elegance and comfort. The room was spacious and modern, with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially loved the electronic controls for the air conditioning, lighting, and curtains - it made everything so convenient. The bathtub and shower area were also top-notch, providing a truly relaxing and comfortable experience. The pool area, although not very large, was still quite enjoyable, with a jacuzzi and sauna. The staff were excellent, particularly Ms. Paratee at the reception, who went above and beyond to assist us with our arrangements. The wifi was also strong and reliable. this place exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Although we didn't have a view of the Bangkok skyline, we understood that due to the location, this was to be expected. Additionally, it would have been nice to have some real milk available for a cup of tea in the room.

The location was perfect for us - close to the metro station and within walking distance to several markets. We especially loved exploring the Chatuchak Weekend Market and Ratchada Night Market. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were always there to offer us drinks and make sure we had everything we needed. The facilities, including the spa, swimming pool, and fitness center, were top-notch. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the option for in-room breakfast. this place exceeded our expectations and made our visit to the city even more enjoyable.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The open concept bathroom with a luxurious bathtub was a highlight for me, and the bed was incredibly clean and comfortable. The hotel also had a jacuzzi and sauna which were very up to date and stylish. The poolside bar was a great spot to relax, and the sauna and shower area were well-maintained. The location was excellent, close to Central Plaza Grand Rama 9. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The decorations in the lobby area were festive and welcoming during Christmas time. the bed was comfortable and the room had a nice view. the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and a food market.

The room was not cleaned thoroughly and there were some stains on the carpet. while the location was good, the lack of cleanliness and subpar breakfast left a negative impression of the experience.
