We are delighted with the hotel's prime location near the train station, making it easy for families to explore the bustling Dotonbori area. the room is equipped with a kettle, small fridge, and cozy yukata pajamas, ensuring a comfortable stay. the front desk staff is friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and useful amenities.

Locker struggles in the onsen area.

The staff at the reception desk here are amazing! Super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. They speak good English too, so no communication issues. the hot spring bath on the 10th floor is a true gem, perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. the hotel is situated in a bustling shopping area, making it super convenient to grab a meal or do some shopping. It's easy to find once you've been there, close to major landmarks like Dotonbori and Namba Station.

One thing that could be improved is the size of the rooms. They are a bit tight, especially if you have a lot of luggage.
