The rooms were spacious and had great views. The bathroom had a nice bathtub. The front porch and garden were well-maintained. The pool and slides were perfect for kids. The staff in the executive lounge provided excellent service.

During our stay at Amari, we were impressed by the spacious and well-designed rooms. The bed and sofa were incredibly comfortable, making it perfect for families like ours. The resort offered a wide range of activities, including bikes, football, and a kids club, ensuring there was never a dull moment. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of both international and local dishes, as well as a dedicated kids corner. We also enjoyed the pool and water park on the premises. The location was excellent, with Terminal 21 shopping mall just a 6-minute walk away and the beach a short 3-minute walk. There were also plenty of local and Arabic restaurants nearby.

We had an amazing family vacation at a hotel located in a very good location at the beginning of Pattaya beach. The hotel is slightly away from the main hotspots, providing a peaceful environment. We were delighted to find out that it was close to the new Terminal 21 shopping mall, making it convenient for us to do some shopping. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a stunning view of the pool area. The staff were exceptional, always helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. the hotel had excellent facilities and provided a great experience for our family.

The beach in the area was not suitable for swimming, which was a bit disappointing.

Great Christmas getaway! the lovely staff gave us complimentary Christmas cookies and hot chocolate upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel was located within walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and the pool bar, which had delicious cocktails.

The bathroom door didn't close all the way, which wasn't the most pleasant. We could hear noises and smells from inside, which was a bit of a bummer.

The personal service at this stunning venue was exceptional. the outdoor swimming pool was a definite highlight; the sun terrace and sun loungers were both luxurious and comfortable. the beach access was an added bonus, with beach umbrellas and a shallow end. the private facilities that we enjoyed were divine, as well as the restaurant and poolside snack bar, which had an extensive buffet breakfast and special diet menus.

There was limited food outlets at particular times, but the service was still prompt. the outdoor Jacuzzi was not available, but this was a minor issue compared to the many other amenities and luxurious needs that were fulfilled here.
