The breakfast room being close by was incredibly convenient, and there were plenty of options to choose from. The front desk staff was friendly and the room size was great. The secure on-site parking with plenty of lighting was perfect for our vehicles with trailers. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to grill and hang out in the lot. a super satisfying stay and I'll definitely consider staying again next year.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, especially for those attending events at Summit raceway. it is a great stopover option for travelers on a long road trip, being close to the highway.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Milan. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and venues. The room was comfortable and the beds provided a good night's sleep. While there were a few minor issues with the bathroom and curtains, they did not affect our overall experience. We were especially grateful that the hotel allowed dogs without any extra charge. we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

As a business traveler, I really appreciated the helpful staff who ensured my room was in good standing and promptly replaced a stained comforter. The pet-friendly policy was a huge bonus for me as I like to bring my big beast with me whenever possible. The woman handling breakfast did an excellent job and made sure everyone had what they wanted/needed, even during busy times.
