From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They made us feel at home and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to the night market and other attractions. Our spacious room was beautifully designed and perfectly clean. The restaurant offered a fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options. We loved taking a refreshing dip in the pool surrounded by the stunning gardens.

Everything is what we need and want.

We had a fantastic New Year at this hotel! the rooms were spacious and had a large balcony with great views. the service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff. the location was perfect, with many restaurants within walking distance. the breakfast by the river was a delightful experience. We also loved the pool, which was clean and great for a refreshing swim.

The main meals at the hotel restaurant were a bit pricey, so we opted to dine at nearby restaurants for a more affordable option. the spa services were also quite expensive, which deterred us from using them.

The room, architecture, and entire property are exquisite. The design is even more beautiful in person than in the online photos. The staff is always smiling, pleasant, and eager to fulfill any request. The breakfast buffet offers a fantastic and abundant selection of delicious food. The hotel's location is convenient and offers gorgeous views of the nearby river.

There were no negative aspects during my stay. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

We loved the Zen-like setting of the hotel, with a mix of modernity and ethical touches. The location by the Ping River was perfect, and it was easy to walk or take a tuk tuk to visit Chiang Mai's sights and restaurants. The staff, especially Kevin at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was great, and we always found a chair and had plenty of room to swim. The surprise in the room for my friend's birthday was a lovely touch, and we appreciated the generous late checkout time.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location, right on the river, was perfect and allowed for a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located, only a 10-minute drive away from the center of the city.

Our stay at this hotel was worth every penny spent. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the Bali Style atmosphere. The hotel's location along the Ping River was convenient for exploring the city on foot or by tuk tuk. The staff, especially Kevin at the front desk and Por in the restaurant, were genuinely friendly and provided excellent service. Special shout-out to Chris, the head chef at the restaurant 1921, who took the time to share some cooking tips with us. The pool area was never overcrowded, and our deluxe river view room had a lovely balcony. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and undergoing upgrades during our stay.

Hotel breakfast fell short in terms of variety and quality.

The resort is perfectly located right in the center of everything, with a beautiful view of the Mae Ping River. The rooms are lovely, with floor to ceiling glass walls that let in plenty of sunlight and offer a view of the garden greenery. The bathroom is modern and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff provides excellent service, welcoming guests with garlands and butterfly tea. The restaurant offers delicious food, with an Indo-Pak chef who goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Although the resort is perfectly situated, it is a bit further from the old city, which may require additional transportation for those wishing to explore that area.

We had an incredible stay at Anantara Chiang Mai Resort. The Kasera Lounge was absolutely amazing, and we were fortunate enough to have our room upgraded to a suite. The staff, especially Aum Kannaree, were attentive, friendly, and charming. The service throughout the resort was consistently excellent, with pool attendants always on hand and restaurant staff providing great meals. The resort itself had a tranquil ambience and beautiful grounds, with a stunning pool and well-maintained gym. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the night bazaar and money exchange. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
