I recently stayed at a resort in Layan Beach and had an incredible experience. The staff at Anantara were exceptional, from the friendly reception to the helpful concierge and attentive housekeeping. They made my stay truly enjoyable. The resort itself was impressive, with a private beach and a stunning pool that offered breathtaking views. The buffet breakfast had a variety of delicious food options. I was impressed with the helpful personnel, outstanding breakfast, complementary activities, and attention to detail at the resort.

Top dining venue with amazing Japanese restaurant, club-like atmosphere, and rooftop bar. Suites and villas are fine but not impressive. Helpful staff, convenient in-villa checkout, and early check-in.

The resort is located on a secluded beach within a picturesque cove, offering privacy and tranquility. During low tide, the ocean retreats hundreds of meters, providing a unique opportunity to explore the expansive beach. The staff at the resort is known for their impeccable service and attentiveness, ensuring a memorable stay. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities, such as kayaking, sailing, and stand-up paddleboarding, all provided free of charge. The resort also boasts excellent dining options, including a steakhouse and a beachside bar.

There have been some instances of inconsistency in the maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Enjoyed a great Christmas with my family at this luxury resort. The hotel offers two complementary experiences, which were great and added to our stay. The beach location is stunning with the private island easily reached at low tide making it a unique experience. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout making the trip all the more enjoyable.

Some aspects let the resort down. some of the prices were considerably higher than other local options, which seemed unreasonable.

This resort exceeded our expectations. Well-thought-out details, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well-kept bathrooms with all necessary toiletries. Quick transport to beach/pool by golf carts. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of options. Excellent 5-star hospitality.

Felt taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed with the luxurious amenities provided. The spa & wellness center offered various treatments like massage, body scrub, beauty treatment and more. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and well-maintained with comfortable sun loungers. The beach access was easy and quick, with beach umbrellas and loungers available. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ facilities and picnic area, perfect for a relaxing meal in the garden area. The service provided was impeccable, with the staff always available to help.

Although we had a great stay, we found that the entertainment options were limited. While the library was well-stocked, it would have been great to have more options for entertainment.
