The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a great pool area and a well-equipped gym. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff, including Tawn, Hana, and Kate from the lounge, were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to central areas.

Incredible Service and Unique Entertainment

During my recent stay at Anantara Riverside, I was blown away by the exceptional service and unique entertainment provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcome and taken care of. One particular staff member, K.Fai, stood out for his cheerful and attentive demeanor. He greeted each guest with a smile and even offered to cut my avocado for breakfast when he noticed I had brought my own. When the avocado wasn't ripe enough, he surprised me with a plate of perfectly ripe ones. This level of attentiveness and thoughtfulness made my stay truly memorable.

Located in a major capital city, this hotel offers convenient access to a shopping centre with a ferry wharf allowing easy locations to all parts of the city. Additionally, it is close to Sathorn pier and the road leading to the airport. The rooms have super comfortable beds and wonderful baths with gorgeous products that leave your skin and hair soft. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the views from the Longtail bar are stunning.

Breakfast can be expensive and not worth the price.

Our stay at Anantara was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and sweet farewell. The hotel is beautiful, with a stunning pool in the center. Our suite had a breathtaking view of the river and the resort's pool, making our holiday truly special. The staff at the Kasara Lounge, particularly Pookie, Tawn, Chrystal, and Spark. The attention to detail in the hotel, from the flower arrangements in the lobby to the cleanliness of the rooms, was exceptional. We have stayed in many 5-star hotels around the world, but Anantara provided a level of service and friendliness that we have never experienced before. Despite being a picky customer, this was the first time I couldn't find anything to change or improve about a hotel. We felt like we were at home and even found ourselves looking forward to returning to the hotel after a night out. Thank you, Anantara, for making our stay an exceptional experience. The gym is well-equipped and open 24 hours. The shuttle boat service to Sathorn Pier and Asiatique Night Market is quick and punctual.
