I recently had a fantastic stay at a resort in Krabi. Andaman Breeze Resort - Sha Plus provided excellent service and a wide range of amenities. the staff, including the Supervisor/Manager/Mentor and trainees, were friendly and professional. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, with a comfortable bed and pristine sheets. the hotel's communal areas were clean, and I particularly enjoyed the massage chair. the pool was well-maintained, and the pool bar was convenient. the shuttle bus service was essential, with a polite and efficient driver. the reception team was top-notch, and all the staff were a credit to the hotel.

Exceptional hospitality, kind and polite staff treating everyone like a VIP. Clean rooms with useful tools, constant cleaning throughout stay. Worth the money, a 10/10 experience.

Andaman Breeze Resort is located in a very quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. It's just a stone's throw away from the beautiful cliffs and offers a serene atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable with awesome bathrooms and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service every 2 hours to Ao Nang beach, making it convenient for guests to reach the beach under the hot sun. Moreover, there are good restaurants and laundry facilities available nearby.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

Andaman Breeze Resort - Sha Plus provided us with a fantastic experience. the location was perfect, nestled among towering limestone mountains that offered peace and tranquility. the hotel's proximity to Ao Nang's bustling streets filled with markets, restaurants, and shops was ideal. the hotel staff was remarkable, providing attentive, polite, and always smiling service. the room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast at the hotel was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options from Asian-inspired dishes to European-style fare, including made-to-order omelettes. the hotel's swimming pool and well-maintained garden added to the overall experience of our stay. We highly recommend Andaman Breeze Resort - Sha Plus to anyone visiting Ao Nang.

The staff were so nice and friendly. The location was away from the noisy center but within walking distance. Free shuttle bus to and from the beach area. Great selection for breakfast. Stunning view from the balcony.

The free upgrade was definitely a highlight, and the room was very spacious. the breakfast was good and I appreciated the helpfulness of most staff members. the location was secluded and allowed for a good night's sleep.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of comfort and quality service provided. The room was not only clean, but also very spacious, with a huge and comfortable bed. The hotel is tucked away from the crowd, but still conveniently located within a 10-15 minute walk from the beach.

We had a wonderful time here! The place is located in a very quiet neighborhood with breathtaking views of cliffs just a stone throw away. The staff was very helpful and the room amenities were fantastic. They had a great selection of services including room service, car hire, bell staff/porter, housekeeping, limousine service, laundry. The shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The free Wi-Fi in public areas and on-site car park made it very convenient for us.

The pool area was beautiful with stunning views of the mountains. The location was convenient with plenty of local restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a resort in Krabi. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, and the maids were pleasant and provided regular service. The price was very reasonable, although we would have preferred to pay a bit more for a true 4-star experience. The location was great, close to the center of Krabi with plenty of things to do nearby. The beds were large and comfy, and the rooms were spacious. The swimming pool was a perfect way to cool off in the sunny afternoons.

On arrival, we did encounter a small issue with our bed sheets and quilt being stained. However, the staff immediately came to change them, showing that they do address problems promptly.
