We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the refreshing pool. the staff, breakfast, cleanliness, and location were excellent.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Eco Del Mar Villa. The spacious rooms were a great size and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, providing a pleasant escape from the heat. The daily change of bed sheets and towels was a nice touch. We also appreciated the nice reception and being shown to our room quickly.

The hosts, Gwendy and José, were incredibly warm and helpful. The place had a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The on-site liquados were mind-blowingly good. The included breakfast was impressive, with a delicious typical dish and a massive fruit and granola plate. The location was insanely easy for getting to the amazing surf break at El Sunzal, just a 5-minute walk. The surf rental guys, Kayu, right at the put-in, were the nicest people ever.

The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and homely. I loved the delicious liquados available on-site, especially the Bali with banana, pineapple, and orange. The included breakfast was also great, with a satisfying fruit and granola plate. I would definitely return to this wonderful hotel, especially because of its insanely easy access to the fantastic surf at El Sunzal point break.

I had a wonderful stay at the villa at Eco Del Mar. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities I needed for a self-catering experience. the toaster oven, mini-fridge, and cutlery/plates/cups provided made it easy for me to prepare my own meals. the wifi was reliable, and I enjoyed having a TV and DVD player in my room. the dipping pool was a refreshing addition, and I found the hosts, Gwendy and José, to be warm and helpful. the overall atmosphere of the place felt relaxed and homey. I also loved the liquados on-site, especially the Bali with banana, pineapple, and orange. the included breakfast was delicious, with a generous fruit and granola plate. I definitely plan on returning. the proximity to the El Sunzal point break was a major plus, only a 5-minute walk on a sandy beach. I highly recommend checking out Kayu surf rentals for boards and surf pix, as the staff there is incredibly friendly and passionate about surfing.

the soundproofing was not great, which meant I could hear noises from the rooster in the neighborhood and other local sounds.

Stayed at a lovely, relaxed villa just a minute's walk from the beach and main road in the surf village. the sunsets on the beach were amazing, definitely a memory to cherish. the room at Eco Del Mar Villa was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. the staff, especially Jose, were incredibly helpful and kind. the location of the villa was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores, and of course. the breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. And my favorite part - there was a hammock right by our room, perfect for lounging.
