The hotel was very clean and modern, with a big comfortable room that had an ocean view. The breakfast offered a good variety and the location was in a quiet area of the city, just a few steps away from the beach. the hotel provided an excellent air conditioning experience.

I had some negative experiences during my stay. The swimming pool was not well-maintained, with unregulated pH levels and a strong smell of chlorine.

I got great value for my money at Andaman Embrace. The room was fantastic and the location was perfect, close to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.

Our stay at Andaman Embrace Patong - Sha Extra Plus was a pleasant one. The hotel's location, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Patong beach, was convenient for us to enjoy the sandy shores. Our daughter particularly loved the hotel's pool. The facilities in our room were good, although the lighting was a bit dim. Compared to the bustling streets of Hong Kong, the street noise at the hotel was much quieter, allowing us to get a good night's sleep.
