We had an incredible stay at Aonang Fiore Resort. The room with the Spa Bath was absolutely gorgeous, giving us real jungle vibes. The mosquito nets around the bed provided peace of mind. The pool area was fabulous, offering a great spot to relax and unwind. The staff were very helpful and attentive to any issues we had in the room. it was one of the nicer places we stayed during our trip in Thailand. We would highly recommend this resort for a memorable stay.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful resort nestled in the jungle. the room was spacious, clean, and had a magical honeymoon decoration. the staff provided fantastic service, treating us like royalty. the resort had a stunning garden with different colored lights at night and waterworks, giving it a unique ambiance. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was massive. the daily room cleaning and towel designs were a nice touch, and the resort even provided mosquito repellent.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in the lush jungles on the hillside. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the bustling tourist center. The tranquil atmosphere of this place made it feel like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The highlight was definitely the beautiful garden and the endless pool, providing a serene and relaxing environment. I also loved the spacious and well-appointed rooms, complete with a jacuzzi on the private balcony where I could marvel at the starry night sky. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, always wearing a smile and ready to assist with anything I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

shuttle service inconsistent

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the center of Ao Nang and just a short distance away from the beach. It was convenient to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the local attractions. The hotel's grounds were beautifully landscaped, with lush tropical plants and gardens to wander through. The infinity pool provided a stunning view, and the pictures really didn't do it justice. The rooms were luxurious, with a sky roof, blackout curtains, and comfortable amenities like robes and slippers. Netflix on the TV was a fantastic bonus, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

The presence of mosquitoes was a bit of a nuisance, as there were no functioning mosquito nets or bug screens in the rooms or on the balcony. It would have been more comfortable to have better protection against these insects, especially for those who are allergic to mosquito bites.

The view from the rooms was amazing, and the rooms offered ample space. the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, which added to the overall holiday experience. the breakfast was served in an a la carte style with many menu options. the infinity pool was simply breathtaking, allowing for hours of just lounging and relaxation. the resort offers shuttle service to some surrounding areas, making it easier to explore without having to worry about transport.

While not necessarily a deal-breaker, the beach is a bit further away than expected, and the shuttle service only starts later in the day. This can make it inconveniently hot if you want to get to the beach early on.

The breakfast options were great with plenty of Asian choices. the staff at the tour desk were brilliant and very helpful. the location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and a shuttle service provided by the hotel.

The staff at the reception counter were rude and blamed us for the number of guests in our group. They didn't greet us or offer any welcome gestures.
