Good location near Phloen Chit Skytrain with Tuk Tuk service. Close to Central Embassy mall and great food court. Helpful staff and well-equipped rooms with nice pool view. Efficient bellboys and clean facilities. Breakfast has a variety of options.

Great complementary tuk-tuk shuttle service to the nearby BTS station and mall. the bed was exceptionally comfortable providing a great night's rest. Convenient location, close to both public transport and a range of dining options.

The hotel rooms were noisy due to its proximity to the main road. the rooms could be cleaner and some of the staff seemed uninterested in attending to guests' needs.

One negative aspect is that there was a lighting issue in one of the rooms, requiring maintenance to be called twice.
