Great two week stay! Room 423 was spacious, clean, and had a lovely rooftop view. Restaurant served delicious food, with options like stir-fried veggies and mango sticky rice. the pool area was perfect for relaxing and reading. Convenient location close to restaurants, shops, and easy transportation options. Complimentary airport ride for our long stay was a nice bonus.

Only negative was a very hard fifth bed. the staff initially seemed disinterested and rushed during check-in, and our room had dirty towels and a malfunctioning safe.

We could easily walk to all the main attractions and restaurants, and the room service added to the convenience. The car hire service was also a plus for exploring the surrounding areas. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing useful advice and recommendations for excursions.

Additionally, the pool was fabulous and allowed us to relax and cool off after a day of exploring.

The noise from a nearby bar could be quite bothersome, especially on weekends.

Spent the Christmas holiday here with my family, and it was a lovely experience! the hotel provided complimentary hot cocoa and cookies on Christmas Eve, and on Christmas Day, they had a festive lunch buffet that was delicious. the location was perfect, within walking distance of lots of attractions and great restaurants. the pool was also a highlight, clean and inviting with lots of lounge chairs.

The breakfast buffet left a bit to be desired with limited options and samey choices. We had to call reception, who weren't very helpful, and wait for someone to come up and iron them for us.
