Had a great vacation with friends! The hotel has a kids' club and a shared lounge which made things fun. Free WiFi is all around and the beach shuttle makes getting to the surf and sand super easy. We loved the huge pool and the breakfast was impressive with tons of fresh fruit and options.

One downside was the internet speed. it was really slow and a bit frustrating at times which made planning our days a challenge.

The resort offers a beautiful pool area and spacious, comfortable rooms. The breakfast selection is impressive, featuring both international and local Thai dishes. Additionally, the location is convenient, as it's close to great restaurants and massage parlors, ideal for solo travelers.

The gym opens at 9 AM, which could be better for early risers.

For a newly constructed hotel, the maintenance is lacking!!! One pool towel per guest is insufficient!!! Room air conditioning can be unreliable!!! Also, they should consider enforcing quiet hours as noise from late-night swimmers is disturbing!!!

The spacious room with a pool access made it easy to swim whenever we wanted. The personalized cooking class felt special and was a highlight of our stay.

The bathroom lacked hot water sometimes—guess chilly showers are the new trend! And don’t get me started on our noisy neighbor's chair sliding competition. I thought it was a new Olympic sport!

i'm not sure how a place with so many front office staff has such terrible cleanliness standards. there were ants crawling around the kids' toys, and we received stale croissants for breakfast. after all these issues, i definitely expected a room upgrade but got nothing special, so i just couldn't give a good review.

the hotel decor is unique and refreshing. the wifi in the bedroom is weak.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. the resort is in a pretty central location, about 800 meters from kata beach, which made our daily walks to the beach and local eateries super convenient. The pool was huge and absolutely gorgeous—definitely a highlight!

I stayed for 4 nights in a spacious room with super comfortable bedding and a beautiful clean swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, although the coffee line did take forever! The rooms looked just like the photos, making my stay even more enjoyable.
