I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Krabi. the staff went above and beyond to assist us with organizing transportation and tours at the best prices. Secondly, the rooms were impeccably clean, and the shower was better than any other hotel I've stayed in before. Lastly, the customer service was excellent throughout our entire stay.

Had an amazing Xmas stay! Loved the exceptional help of the staff - they organized the best prices for tours and taxis, and provided us with great recommendations, making our stay pleasant. , the breakfast provided was always perfect, and the bar and restaurant were great perks to have on site. Another plus was the comfortable beds, making it easy to rest after long days of exploring.

The smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors was unpleasant. , the laundry service and some meals were overpriced compared to other options in the area.
