We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, with pubs, markets, and the underground within walking distance. The hotel itself was very new, and it was evident that multiple items had never been used before. The highlight of our stay was the amazing staff, from management to the cleaning staff. We had to extend our stay due to an unexpected hospital visit, and Razvan and Eloise were incredibly accommodating, even without advanced notice. Diana, from the cleaning staff, was thorough, polite. She always checked in on my mother, which was much appreciated. we had a comfortable and quiet stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located in the heart of everything. It was just a short walk to the metro station and the famous Westfield Center. The room was beautifully presented and clean, with a lovely big shower in the bathroom. The staff were all lovely, and the decor was stunning, with plants everywhere. We couldn't have asked for more!

The staff at reception weren't very pleasant, which put a slight damper on our overall experience.

They surprised us with a beautifully decorated room and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for my partner's birthday. The housekeepers even made cute towel shapes! The breakfast had plenty of options and was delicious. The location was perfect, with easy access to pubs, markets, and the underground. The room was clean and well-equipped, including laundry facilities. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in London.

I stayed at Dao By Dorsett in Shepherds Bush for a few nights and had a great experience. The rooms were comfortable and contemporary, with a big comfy bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The attention to detail in the design was impressive, with luxurious touches like leather furnishings and a rooftop balcony. The location was perfect, with easy access to Shepherds Bush and Shepherds Bush Market stations, as well as Westfields shopping center. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The location was superb, right in the center of everything. We were able to easily explore the local market and shops, and the metro station was conveniently nearby. The hotel provided excellent service, including dry cleaning and a grocery shopping service. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette with cookware and utensils. We felt welcomed and well taken care of by the friendly staff. we highly recommend this hotel to all.

Being a new hotel, everything felt fresh and unused. the room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a kitchen and nice shower. the bed was big and comfortable, with plush pillows. I also appreciated the little extras provided, such as a coffee machine with capsules and high-quality tea.

The value for money was exceptional, with a comfortable and well-equipped room. The location was convenient with easy access to public transportation, and the staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was if there were more vegetarian options available.

Excellent standard room with toiletries and cooking facilities. Lovely big shower in the bathroom. Prime location near bus stops and tube stations. Beautiful building with professional staff. Great water pressure and comfortable bed in the room.
