We had an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel. the art and architecture throughout the property were stunning, giving it a unique touch. the staff, from receptionist to housekeeper to chef and manager, were all extremely helpful and dedicated to providing the best service possible. We particularly enjoyed the authentic and delicious Indian food, as well as the croissants at breakfast. Despite being a small hotel, it offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Pearl spa offers professional treatments at discounted prices. Clean and great rooms, excellent daily cleaning. Hardworking manager and staff. Fantastic service and facilities. Amazing breakfast with traditional and western options. Friendly and accommodating staff. Close to beach, food options, and markets. Would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The highlight for us was the beautiful and clean swimming pool with a swim-up bar. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. The rooftop restaurant also impressed us with its amazing views. The staff were very friendly and provided above-average service. we highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation experience.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Avista Grande hotel in Phuket. the hotel is part of the Mgallery collection, which guarantees a high level of quality and elegance. the staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. the room was impeccably clean and offered a breathtaking view of the pool and the sea. the highlight of my experience was the incredible breakfast, prepared by the talented Chef Mr Rajesh. He not only made sure that the food was delicious, but also made me feel incredibly welcome. the hotel truly knows how to keep its guests happy, and I highly recommend it.

This hotel was a luxurious stay that exceeded our expectations. the exclusive amenities were superb, such as the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Swimming pool. the outdoor swimming pool was outstanding with a Jacuzzi, sun loungers, and a shallow end. We were delighted with the beach access. the room advantages were luxurious with a private balcony and an espresso machine. the restaurant served delicious Halal food, and the poolside snack bar was perfect for a quick bite. the bar/lounge area had a great ambiance, and the dinner was exquisite.

There was only one minor issue with the room's air conditioning, but the staff was quick to address and fix the problem. Other than that, the service was impeccable, and the spa lounge was a great spot to relax.

Our romantic escape had some of the best moments we ever had. the delicious croissants at breakfast and the fantastic cocktails from the rooftop bar were just some of the complementary aspects we enjoyed. the key location, a few minutes from the beach and the shops, made our stay more comfortable. the pool was amazing, with nice features that made our relaxing moments even better.

That some of the sunbeds were in the shade for most of the day, but that was not a bad thing considering the intensity of the sun. having only the pool bar available during the day could be inconvenient for some, as not everyone wants to get in the pool to grab a drink.

karon beach exceeded expectations. mgallery made the vacation perfect with friendly staff, nice happy hour, and a beautiful pool.

Breakfast could be more diverse.

The hotel is located right next to the beach, making it convenient for beach lovers to enjoy the sun and surf. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options. Additionally, the hotel provides easy access to transportation, with the option to get a taxi to the main sights.

It seems that some rooms may have a musty/moldy smell, which might be a concern for light sleepers or those with allergies.
