Our room was spacious and nicely decorated with a comfy bed. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food, including fresh orange juice. The location was great for exploring the city. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We’re in a great spot for exploring the city, with plenty of cafes and restaurants just across the street. It’s also on the outskirts of the shopping area, so it’s easy to get around. Our modern furnished rooms are comfortable and the beds are cozy. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

There was some inconvenience with the lift service during peak times.

Absolutely loved this place! the location was spot on, just a few steps away from the tramline terminus, surrounded by amazing parks and shops. the staff were super friendly and arranged a shuttle to the airport for us.

The reception staff, they seemed a bit unprofessional and had trouble with our prepaid reservation. It took a while to sort out the problem, but fortunately, another member arrived to help us.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in a great area of the city. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby, as well as easy access to downtown. We didn't need to drive anywhere as everything was within walking distance. the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large bathroom that was immaculately clean. the bed provided a great night's sleep, and we appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine in the room. the highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from Connor, who was attentive, quick, friendly, and professional. a five-star experience.

The room was very tidy and clean. the view was also very nice from our high floor. the TV had a good variety of channels, including sports and movies. the bathroom was spacious and we were provided nice hygiene products. the staff was very accommodating when we needed a bowl and the restaurant sent one up for us to use.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We stayed two nights and barely slept either night.
