We were impressed by the efficient and helpful 24-hour reception staff. The hotel had great facilities such as a spa & wellness center, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, where we could unwind and indulge in full body massages and other treatments. The beautiful sun terrace and garden area provided a serene environment for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, ensuring we could stay connected throughout our stay.

The vegan breakfast buffet at Away Chiang Mai Thapae Resort A Vegan Retreat - Sha Extra Plus was fantastic! There were plenty of delicious options to choose from, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was also spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for vegans and non-vegans alike.

Great service! the staff was attentive and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. the location was also perfect, with easy access to the main attractions and a short drive to the night markets. the pool was a real highlight – relaxing in the water was just what we needed after a busy day.

It wasn’t the hotel's fault, but it did impact our experience. while the room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, we did notice a few small issues, like a leaky faucet and some stained towels.
