Stayed here on new year's and enjoyed the free pool and bike rentals. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and restaurants. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming and offered us some orange juice upon arrival.

The language barrier was difficult to overcome. We had trouble communicating with the staff in English, so we had to rely on Google translate.

It was all superb.

I stayed at Snug Airportel for a quick stopover before my flight. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the airport. The room was spacious, clean, and had great air conditioning. The breakfast was tasty and the hosts were very kind. The small swimming pool in the courtyard was refreshing, even though there wasn't much space to relax in the sun. For the price, it was an excellent choice. Plus, there is a 7/11 store nearby.

The hotel had both air conditioning and a ceiling fan, which made the room very comfortable. The location was convenient, with the airport and Nai Yang beach within a 15-minute walk. There were also convenience stores, cafes, and massage places nearby. The staff, especially the friendly woman, were helpful and spoke good English. The pool was nice and the dorm was located right in front of it. The hotel also had a free water bottle fill-up service.
