The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Chaweng, making it convenient for exploring the area. Plus, it is right on the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the sand and sea. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.

Some aspects of the hotel could use improvement, such as the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Despite being in Thailand, I expected a higher level of cleanliness.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. the location was very convenient, close to the town center and the beach which made it easy to explore the area. the renovated bathroom was very clean and nice.

The WiFi was unreliable and difficult to connect to, which was inconvenient since it was hard to rely on it for communication and planning. the room was a bit dark, despite the terrace overlooking the gardens, so it was hard to see at times.

The rooms have a vibrant Mexican or Peruvian design, with beautiful green/orange/white walls. The location is ideal, with a peaceful beach and easy access to the lively ARK Bar. Plenty of nearby dining options. The staff is helpful and the beach is clean.

And the complementary coconut water and snack upon checking in were a nice touch. we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

It added such a peaceful and serene touch to the overall ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. I particularly want to thank May at the reception for finding me a quiet room. The pool was stunning, and I enjoyed spending time lounging by the water. I was very impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided by this hotel.
