During my recent stay at a budget accommodation in the heart of Phuket Town, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money. The hotel rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with a lovely balcony where I could enjoy the evenings. The location was perfect, within walking distance of old Phuket Town and some wonderful restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Charlie who went above and beyond to arrange taxis and drivers for me. Despite the wifi being weak in the rooms, the lobby had a strong connection. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

I recently stayed at Baan Suwantawe for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were huge and incredibly comfortable, with a lovely decor. My daughter was delighted to find a bath in the room, as it's a rare treat for us. The little kitchenette was great for our convenience and there were even a supermarket and bakery nearby. The pool, although small, was well-maintained and perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, right in the center of the Old Town, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff were helpful, and there was a taxi service available if needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The staff here are fantastic, especially a guy who studied abroad in Australia and speaks English really well. He gave us lots of useful information on where to eat and shop.

The location was great, very close to the centre of the old town. We were also pleased to find a new shopping mall right opposite the hotel, which had a convenient 7 Eleven for any local purchases we needed to make. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a nice little balcony. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff, although lacking English proficiency, were friendly and tried their best to assist us.

The mosquitoes in the room were a nuisance, despite efforts to combat them.

Good location near ancient city, walking streets and a variety of restaurants. Rooms were spacious and had a refreshing pool overlooking them, which offered a welcoming escape from the heat. Was also great having taxi/tuk-tuks available right outside the hotel for easy transportation.

The hotel lacked any form of management, resulting in an unfriendly and ignorant staff that tended to forget about guest requests and suggestions for improvement. Guests had to handle things like changing light bulbs by themselves.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional and the room was massive, with a huge bed and a big fridge. The balcony offered a nice view of the hills. The hotel facilities, especially the pool, were great, always quiet and just the right temperature for a refreshing dip. The location was excellent, very close to China Town and in front of a supermarket and a very cool night market. We loved exploring this city and there were plenty of nearby restaurants, two supermarkets, and a 24-hour coffee shop all just across the street. The staff were lovely and very professional, from the reception ladies to the cleaners. The breakfast at the café was exceptional, a perfect way to start the day with a freshly brewed coffee. excellent value for money.

The rooms are spacious and I loved the big balcony where I could relax. The staff was friendly and the service was top-notch. Additionally, the hotel has basic amenities and a fabulous walk-in shower.
