The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at the Bangkok Hotel Lotus Sukhumvit 33 by Compass Hospitality. The rooms may have had an old design, but they were incredibly spacious and offered wonderful views of the surrounding buildings. The hotel's location near the Phrom Phong BTS station made it easy to explore the city, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and malls nearby. The staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful throughout my stay, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The Bangkok Hotel Lotus Sukhumvit 33 By Compass Hospitality was a great find! The location was perfect, near the Emporium mall and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. The upscale neighborhood provided a tranquil ambiance, especially in the beautiful lobby with its lily pond. The traditional Thai decor added to the charm. Despite being in a chaotic city, the hotel offered a peaceful retreat. The pool was clean and the water temperature was perfect. With restaurants, room service, and a business center, it was a full-service hotel. The staff were wonderful, making our stay even more enjoyable. it was excellent value for the price and I would definitely book this hotel again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The gym, although a bit old, was still good enough for a workout. The hotel is located on 33 street, which has a lot to offer. Our room even had an extra office room with a desk and optical cable for internet. The breakfast had a large selection and was delicious. we had a good quality stay for the price.

The hotel facilities were a bit outdated compared to what was shown in the photos. The breakfast room was relocated and wasn't satisfactory, so we ended up eating outside the hotel.

Location is great, with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The complementary fruits and chocolates were a nice touch. The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the city skyline.

The noise level was unbearable, with screaming children and slamming doors late into the night. The room was outdated and in need of a refresh.

The staff at Compass Hospitality were incredibly kind and helpful. They even provided me with a wheelchair when I injured myself. Our room, which was upgraded to a deluxe, was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. The location was great, just a short walk to the Phrom Phrong station. There were plenty of things to do and see in the area, including a fantastic food court in the basement of EmQuartier. The hotel also had a lovely Georgian/Greek restaurant called Avra. it was a very good value for the price.

The Lotus pond and pool were refreshing. Our room was roomy and comfortable with reliable WIFI. Appreciated the prompt assistance with an extension cable to the bed. I recommend this hotel.

My stay at the hotel was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious and provided a stunning view, especially during sunset. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice, polite, and helpful, particularly the front desk personnel and concierge. The hotel’s location was ideal, close to upscale stores, delicious street food, and the sky train. I also enjoyed having a Greek restaurant right next door and indulging in a relaxing massage at the spa.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be more choices for guests.
