Although there was some noise from the nearby mosque and it took a while for the hot water to start running, overall we were very satisfied with our stay. We would recommend this hotel to others.

The value for money was great, we got a spacious and clean room with all the facilities we needed. The location was convenient with two malls nearby, and the staff treated us with exceptional service, especially Baljeet in the restaurant who made sure everything went well.

The morning meal could be improved by having staff monitor customers putting their hands into the food and tasting it.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this venue during my recent visit. The central location made it easy for me to explore all the attractions I wanted to visit. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the hotel staff were helpful throughout my stay. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The amenities provided in the room, including the flat-screen TV and electric kettle, made my stay comfortable and convenient.

Plus, the hotel is located in the heart of the city which made it easy to explore all that the city has to offer. Oh and the breakfast spread was delicious, had something new every day and loved it!

The spacious apartment provided ample room for our group of four adults. We were able to comfortably relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Dubai. The interior was well-decorated and created a pleasant atmosphere.

While the size of the pool was adequate for a small family, it would have been nice to have a larger swimming pool area. This would have provided more space for relaxation and enjoyment by the water.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Dubai for 5 nights. The hotel staff was friendly and our room was upgraded upon check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. The price was very good and the hotel had a clean and new feel to it. The style of the room was impressive, with comfortable furniture and a nice sofa bed. The toilet was clean and the overall condition of the hotel was excellent. Additionally, the breakfast provided was great and the staff was always helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel, close to the metro station, made it convenient for exploring the city.
