We absolutely loved our stay at Banyan Tree Phuket! The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help us. The Grand two bedroom pool villa we stayed in was incredible, with a fantastic pool and plenty of showers. We enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the villa, which was not overlooked at all. The hotel pool was also fantastic, with lots of comfortable beds and kept very clean. As youngsters, we had a blast staying here with our family. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent facilities and amenities.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Banyan Tree Phuket. The staff was incredible, perhaps one of the best I've encountered. They were courteous, supportive, and friendly, which made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The resort area was beautiful and peaceful, and my Spa Villa was absolutely fantastic, with a huge pool and complimentary in-villa massages of top-notch quality. I also had the pleasure of attending the New Year's Eve party, which was well-planned and had attention to detail. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel.

The villa was comfortable and had a private pool, which was a great advantage. The staff provided excellent transportation service from the airport to the hotel. The resort was located close to the airport and the beach, making it convenient for guests.

The hotel was far away from the city center, so it took a while to reach places like Patong Beach by taxi. The restaurant options were limited, with only Thai and seafood available during our stay.

The staff at Banyan Tree Phuket were incredibly friendly, courteous, and proud of their job. The resort area was beautiful and peaceful, with a fantastic Spa Villa and a huge pool. The in-villa massages were top-notch quality. The food at the NYE party was excellent and the attention to detail was impressive. We felt well taken care of and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The private pool and large garden in our villa were amazing, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. The breakfast at the Watercourt was outstanding and the staff were always one step ahead, ensuring we didn't need to call reception for anything. The service was out of this world. We also loved the extra touches like the bicycles and shuttle service around the lagoon area. The yoga pavilion, fitness center, and spa were all top-notch, making this the perfect romantic resort.

Almost perfect. Only minor issue was the presence of lizards and mosquitoes due to the tropical environment. However, as long as we kept the doors closed, it wasn't a problem.

The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The dining options were fantastic, and we highly recommend trying the sake testing at the Japanese restaurant. The highlight of our stay was the grand lagoon pool villa, where we enjoyed the spacious pool for a proper swim. It was a beautiful place, and Bee at the concierge desk deserves a special thank you for her excellent service.

I had an incredible experience at Banyan Tree in Bang Tao Beach. The spa treatment was absolutely amazing and the attention to detail throughout the resort was impressive. The highlight for me was the breakfast, which was superb. I highly recommend this hotel.

The villa was spacious with a private pool and perfect for our family with 2 small kids. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities were fantastic. We especially loved the gym and pool facilities. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is great, with beautiful white sands and crystal blue waters just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the expansive grounds of the hotel, which offered plenty of space to relax and enjoy outdoor activities.

They appeared to be quite old and in need of refurbishment. The furniture and fittings were worn and showed signs of age.

Expansive property, beautiful beach, private pool, friendly staff, great amenities, good breakfast.
