The location of the guesthouse was perfect for our family as it was very close to the night market, where we had a great time exploring and trying local street food. The guesthouse is also conveniently located near various attractions such as the elephant park, Karen Village, bamboo rafting, and orchard farm, which made it easy for us to plan our day trips. Additionally, in front of the guesthouse, there was a small coffee corner where the owner served delicious local fresh roast coffee for a very reasonable price.

The lack of a fire escape was a concern, especially since we were staying on one of the higher floors. It would have been reassuring to have proper emergency exits in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Noisy street: The hotel is situated on a busy street, which can result in some noise disturbances. Small bathroom: The bathroom was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to have a proper shower.

I had a fantastic stay at Bed And Terrace Guesthouse in Chiang Mai. The location was perfect, just on the edge of the old town with easy access to the day and night markets. The room on the top floor was huge and had amazing views. It was cleaned daily, towels were changed regularly, and there was even drinking water provided. The staff were extremely helpful and happy. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a guesthouse on the outskirts of Chiang Mai. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, just outside the center of the city. This made it perfect for me, as I wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. Despite being outside the center, all the main attractions were still very easily accessible.

Everything was perfect.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It's close to the south eastern corner of the old city and just a short walk to the night market and other attractions. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated, and very clean. The beds are especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. They greet you warmly and are always willing to assist with any requests or recommendations. The basic amenities in the rooms are great, including a big TV with Netflix for entertainment. Additionally, the AC works well to keep the rooms cool, even in the hot weather.

I had an amazing stay in this guesthouse near the old town wall. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the night market and yet tucked away in a quiet street. The staff was friendly and always available in the reception area. The room was clean and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the balcony, where I could enjoy the view of the sunset over the mountains. The complimentary water bottles and free bananas were a nice touch. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting this popular area.

That the mattresses were quite hard, but it didn't bother me too much since I was in Thailand and the weather was warm.
