I had such an incredible stay at this hidden gem! the staff were absolutely amazing, treating me like family and always there to help or have a chat. They made me feel so welcome and the service was top-notch. the room was lovely and the daily cleaning was thorough. the location turned out to be great, with lots of nearby attractions and amenities. the pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for cooling off after a hot day. the complimentary snacks, drinks, and breakfast were fantastic. I highly recommend this place, it was unforgettable!

Breakfast varied each day. Omelets available without meat. Yogurt and fruit always available. Bottled water available 24/7. Staff were friendly and helpful. They made excursion and transportation recommendations and reservations. Laundry service was easy. Near Old City and walkable to Chiang Mai Gate, Thai Pae Gate, and Nawarat Bridge. Night street food market across the street. Airniversary Camp&Cafe is a great restaurant within walking distance. The property had a unique design and was super clean. The service received was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet was diverse and had options for all tastes and ages. the staff was multilingual, friendly, and really helpful, going above and beyond in providing information about the surroundings. the location was great, within short walking distance of the city’s main temples and an affordable taxi ride from the airport. the hotel also offered complimentary bicycles to tour around the city!

There was a lack of noise insulation in the doors which allowed sounds from the hallway to come through. Nonetheless, the staff ensured that quiet hours were being respected, thus reducing the noise.

The helpful staff made transportation arrangements a breeze, and their recommendations for excursions were spot on. The breakfast spread was satisfying, with a variety of hot and cold options to choose from. I appreciated the 24/7 availability of bottled water.

The bed was a bit too springy/soft, which may not be comfortable for people with back problems. The TV channels were mostly in Thai, with only a few English dubbed channels.

The hotel's location on a quiet street near the old town was perfect, as it allowed for a peaceful stay without any disturbances. We also appreciated the air conditioner's sleeping mode, which kept the room at the right temperature without waking us up with noise. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and the perfect size for two people with big suitcases. They also had direct access to a clean and inviting pool, although the water was too chilly for a swim. the attention to detail, service, and basic amenities at this hotel were beyond excellent.
