I had a great stay at this hotel on Koh Lipe. The location was perfect, right on Pataya Beach. I loved being able to walk out of the hotel and immediately be on the beach, and there were no long tails blocking the view. The beach itself was lively and had plenty of good restaurants nearby for food and drinks. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided great service. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities, including air conditioning and a TV. The breakfast served at 7:30 am was a nice way to start the day.

Everything was just great, no improvements needed.

The resort offers stunning sea views amidst the swaying coconut trees, making it the perfect place to soak up the sun. I stayed in a room with a private balcony and partial sea views, it felt like having my own little paradise. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a seating area where you can relax. The complimentary wireless Internet access was a great convenience, allowing me to stay connected during my holiday. The staff at the tour desk were very helpful and provided excellent assistance in planning my activities on the island.

Great breakfast buffet with diverse hot meals. Excellent location on quiet Pattaya Beach. Good wifi, AC, spacious room, and comfortable bed. Helpful staff at reception and restaurant. Variety of Thai and Western dishes on the menu. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience at Bella Vista Beach Resort. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and walking street. the room was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony to relax on. the staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging a pick-up for our bags. Breakfast was enjoyable, and we appreciated the beach towel provided. we had a wonderful stay.

Newly built room with enormous smart TV and stylish furnishings. Beachfront location, short walk to Walking Street. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet with daily Thai hot dishes. Excellent views, good Wi-Fi, AC, spacious room, comfortable bed. Helpful reception and restaurant staff. Variety of Thai and Western dishes. Would highly recommend.

Great New Year holidays

During our recent stay at Bella Vista Beach Resort, we had a wonderful New Year holiday. The location was fantastic, situated on the best spot of Pattaya Beach with no long tail boats obstructing the view. This made it perfect for swimming and snorkeling. We also loved the fact that there were excellent Thai restaurants nearby, offering delicious food and even live music. Despite being in the midst of the peak season, the resort was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful and restful stay. The bungalow we stayed in, a Garden Bungalow, was clean and well-maintained. While it was a bit small for our family of three, it would be perfect for couples. The bathroom was also clean and spacious.
