I recently stayed at Best Western Plus in a residential area of Bangkok for a few nights. The hotel is located away from the center of town, but it has small markets and local restaurants nearby. There is also a big shopping mall with a cinema and plenty of dining options, which was a great place to escape the heat. The neighborhood felt safe for walking, and we discovered many interesting sites to visit. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable mattress and a western standard feel. The pool and gym on the 7th floor were great and not overcrowded. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast had a fantastic selection of both western and Thai food.

Excellent service and accommodating staff. I had a medical procedure and the hotel went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and recovery. The IT manager even helped set up my Chromecast so I could watch movies during my downtime. The room was modern and clean, with a spacious bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel.

If you're flying out of Don Mueang airport, this hotel is a great choice, as it's very close and only a 15-minute drive away. The location is convenient for shopping enthusiasts, with Central Plaza, a large mall with numerous stores, just across the street. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a modern feel, and the bathroom and shower are excellent. The staff is welcoming and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There is ongoing rail construction near the hotel, which may cause inconvenience.

We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect for us as it was right in front of a mall where we could shop and eat. The room was spacious and well-maintained, giving us a relaxed atmosphere. We loved the room service and 24-hour reception that was there to help us anytime. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The in-house restaurant served delicious food with special menus catering to our dietary needs. The outdoor swimming pool was the highlight of our stay with plenty of sun loungers to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Spent my Xmas at a great hotel! the complimentary wine and chocolates in the room were a really nice touch. the location was perfect - close to shopping areas and easy access to public transportation. the breakfast buffet was amazing - so many different options to choose from and everything was delicious!
