During my recent stay at Best Western, I was delighted by the clean and nice room, as well as the refreshing swimming pool. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for its value and quality.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was remarkable. The hotel had just opened, yet everything ran smoothly and the facility was new and modern. The staff wore "royal" attire and made us feel like we had arrived in a magical kingdom. Secondly, the location was perfect. Situated on a main road in the city centre, we were close to everything and had easy access to all the attractions. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with good amenities including free coffee and a spacious bathroom. The hotel also offered a hearty and delicious breakfast included in the price, which was a great value for money.

They went out of their way to secure soccer tickets for us, and even arranged for a professional masseuse to come to our room. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were tastefully appointed and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also loved the pool area, it was beautifully situated between the two buildings and provided a perfect spot to relax. The breakfast was delicious, more like a hearty brunch, with a BBQ station by the poolside. we were pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

There is also a beautiful pool with a built-in Jacuzzi.

Some outside noises can be heard, especially the scraping of chairs and furniture from other rooms on the tiled floors.

The friendly and professional staff provides top-notch service, going above and beyond to accommodate guests. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious food, including custom omelettes and BBQ station poolside.

Though the overall experience was fantastic, it was unfortunate that the Wi-Fi did not work during the stay.
