We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Patong. The location was perfect, tucked away in a nice "secluded" area, yet still very close to the beach. The staff here were exceptional, providing friendly and exceptional service from check-in to check-out. They were always there to assist us with anything we needed, from room service to car hire. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, rooftop pool, and sun terrace where we could relax and soak up the sun. The entertainment options were also excellent with live entertainment and massage services available. we were impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided at this hotel.

We would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the center of Patong. The location was quiet and convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable with great amenities. The swimming pool was excellent and surrounded by comfortable beds. The hotel restaurant offered a delicious selection of both Western and Thai cuisine. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient, making our stay very enjoyable. The hotel also provided assistance with arranging trips and transportation without any hassle.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and the shops. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and generous amenities. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to make guests feel special. The breakfast offered is tasty with a good variety of options. The hotel also has a tour desk and massage options available, making it convenient for guests to explore and relax.

My husband and I had an incredible stay at Byd Lofts. We booked for 5 days but ended up staying longer because we loved it so much. The staff were friendly and the manager even upgraded our room when we had to move. The pool was never crowded and the breakfast was delicious. The modern rooms were stocked with toiletries and fresh water, and I loved the orchards around the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Patong.

Awesome service and great location! The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We loved the modern and stylish rooms, as well as the beautiful orchards that surrounded the hotel. The short stroll to the beach and other attractions made it even better. Plus, the food at the restaurant was exceptional and probably the best we've had during our city trip.

The pool was a bit smaller than expected, but it wasn't too crowded. We also wished there were a few more hooks in the bathroom and kitchen to hang our things.
