We had an amazing stay at this place. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any questions we had. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms were modern and comfortable, providing a great atmosphere to relax in. We also enjoyed the convenient location on a bustling boulevard.

The location of the Leonardo Royal Hotel was perfect for exploring the city. I could easily walk to the city center and main attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a great shower and a comfortable bed. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel was conveniently located in the city center, just a short walk away from the bustling pedestrian area with its shops, restaurants, and bars. It was also very close to the iconic water tower, which had beautiful gardens and a water fountain right across from it. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities such as a fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, and plenty of hangers for our clothing. The view from our room overlooked a lovely outdoor terrace where the hotel's restaurant had tables and loungers.

The service at the front desk was a bit lacking, with one staff member being too loud and talkative during check-out, which made the experience uncomfortable and unnecessary.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and clean room, plus friendly staff. The hotel's central location and discounts on parking were also a big plus.

More breakfast choices would've been nice, especially for guests looking for a varied selection.

Amazing complementary champagne and chocolate strawberries on arrival. the room was perfectly clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our romantic escape. the location was fantastic, we strolled along a beautiful riverside promenade and found ourselves in the heart of the city. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in bed, which was included in the price.

The walls were quite thin and we could hear some noise from other guests in the hallways. the bathroom was a little on the small side, but still manageable.

This place was perfect for my weekend getaway. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and right by a spectacular fountain square. I loved being able to explore the city's pedestrian area with its shops, restaurants, and bars. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Shantosh Aryan, who went above and beyond to assist me.

I would like to suggest that the breakfast be available until the stated closing time, as I noticed the staff starting to remove items before 10:30. But overall, I had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to others.
