I stayed for 9 nights in late Jan/early Feb for a leisure trip. the hotel's prime location near LK Metro was fantastic. the staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. the huge pool with water slides was a highlight, and the room had a spacious layout. the coffee in the room was a nice touch, and the large safe was perfect for a laptop.

Do recommend this hotel.

we had a fantastic stay at Centara. the bed was comfy, shower pressure was excellent, and location was central. the big pool and water slides were a hit, and the large safe was perfect for our laptop. we enjoyed the nice coffee in the room. it's close to the nightlife on Soi Buakhao and a short walk to the beach. breakfast was good too.

Nothing – it was perfect! 😊

Great Stay with Friendly Staff and Ideal Location

The ideal location of the hotel allowed for easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and the beach. However, there were some issues with the air conditioning system that could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

The local dining scene around Centara in Pattaya is a scrumptious adventure waiting to happen! the Rib Shack at the Hideaway slays with its smoky goodness, while Casa Pascal Restaurant's dishes are a symphony of flavors. Oh, and let's not forget the Marble Cafe & Restaurant—each bite is pure poetry in motion.

Missing English TV channels was a bummer, but even with that hiccup, Centara in Pattaya still shines brighter than a Thai sunset.

clean rooms with comfy beds - fantastic staff who go out of their way to help. great location with easy access to pool. also, friendly - helpful with quick problem-solving. breakfast tasty too!
