The value for money at Centara Grand was great, with a spacious and clean room. The location was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The only thing that could have been improved was the menu for breakfast, as it lacked variety.

The resort is HUGE with 3 outdoor pools, slides, and a lazy river. The Cove restaurant offers theme nights with delicious food. The staff is excellent, particularly in accommodating allergies. The facilities are fabulous with something for everyone.

I had an amazing value for my money at Centara Grand in Karon. The room was stunning with a breathtaking view, and the location was perfect. The staff treated me with warmth and friendliness throughout my stay.

The morning meal could have been more varied with different options.

We loved the clean rooms, ocean view, and close proximity to Karon and Patong. The hotel transfer to Patong was convenient and affordable. The club package provided delicious snacks and drinks, especially on rainy days. Mare Restaurant served excellent and affordable pizzas. The staff were helpful and kind throughout our stay.

I had such a wonderful time at Centara Grand! The beach location was perfect and the staff were fantastic. I especially loved the Club staff who went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. The pools were stunning and the private beach was like paradise. The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. I'll definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel has a good location near the beach and offers a beautiful view of the ocean. the lazy river around the resort was fun to enjoy. We also appreciated that the hotel provided us with great complimentary drinks and snacks.

Our upgraded room with an ocean view was spacious, with a large balcony and a huge bed. the hotel's staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. We enjoyed the multiple pools, especially the aqua park and cliff diving station. the spa and happy hour had high-quality offerings, making it well worth the price.

Despite the luxurious amenities, the food and beverages were quite expensive. Nevertheless, the hotel's promotion offered a credit towards meals.

Great water body for children, courteous staff, spacious premium deluxe ocean view room, secluded and waterfront location away from busy beaches, short drive to malls and shops.
